Excellent service, pot well made although expensive.
1 of 1 found this helpful Having been used to the old style steam-on-the-hob type pressure cooker I found this gadget difficult to understand when just reading the instructions.. However, I was convinced I would quickly get the hang of it by trying/adapting a few of the recipes supplied. Unfortunately the recipes are so geared to the American market many of the ingredients were unfamiliar and nearly all of the recipes were for dishes I've not heard of, and I cook international dishes a lot! The instructions refer to recipes on the internet - but they are no better. A lot of the recipes do not say for how many people either. So frustrating!
Such a pity the instructions are complicated and most of the recipes so weird I am going to have to work things out for myself by trial and error.
The pot seems good and it is very clean and convenient to use (no noise, no steam) but I was very disappointed with the sample recipes as it will take me so much longer to become familiar and confident with it. Why isn't there a sample recipe for a simple stew/casserole is poor. Disappointed.

Good value
Efficient service. Good value. A bit fiddly to construct, but fine. Also a bit tall for me (I'm 5'4") - which means my feet hardly touch the floor but on the plus side it is a good height for working at the kitchen tops.
