  The seller’s stock was damaged (so don’t send) and the seller could not get hold of extra stock in time for when I wanted the pens for. However, the seller was very responsive and helpful and tried getting extra stock in time. When I asked for a refund, the seller provided this with no problem at all. Good customer service experience and good contact throughout.
