A great product with some disappointment as usual
A great flagship with the dual sim cards. Sadly it doesn't come to the US version, and lack of a few good 5G bands support. Overall, super fast machine and super clear display. The camera has been improved a lot. Useful images from each lens. Some useful features from my Note 9 have been removed, which I take it personally. The camera doesn't work well in some circumstances which includes the zoom between 0.5x-1x- 5x. Battery is larger and 120Hz freshrate doesn't seem to drain the battery a lot if not doing games often.
The white color is astonishing and it comes with a clear case (so don't buy the case in rush). The sound system is generally okay. Don't use the speaker often. Fingerprint seems slow to me comparing to other brands. I've been tuning my input of fingerprints. Hope that'll be improved by good input. Face recognition works generally fine.
Now android apps uses tons of memories. This 12GB memory is a way better than my note 9, which is bottlenecked by the memory and CPU. I think this is definitely a system issue and app developers' issue. Someone needs to change the mindsets! My laptop only has 8GB memory and it runs well with many background apps open. Putting unused apps into sleep shouldn't be the best resolution here.
Overall, I like this phone baring some downsides of it and imperfections of it. I'm sad after hearing this could be the last "note" serials. Hope it lasts longer than my note 9 and I'll keep it forever if this is the last Galaxy "note" model.
