Broken right out of the box!!! Does not work at all!!
I purchased this cable at Home Depot today, and it is no good right out of the box. It won't work at all. This is probably because it was made faulty at the factory, and not tested prior to boxing it. This type failure never happens! So all I can conclude is that it is poorly made. Junk ..don't buy this product.

Pad fell off easily after carefull installation.
Pad fell off one side after installing. Do not know why it should fall off so easily. I got all the trim recessed properly. Poor design I guess. It was difficult installing these as well. I am a trained Stereo Hi-Fi Technician. This was hard and I am going to have to re-install this pad again. What a pain!

Slim and fits well
The only bluetooth earpiece I have owned that hugs your face, and does not stick out like a sore thumb. Stays in your ear, is small and works well.
