More than a match for any premium streaming device.
2 of 2 found this helpful My main unit is the Nvidia Shield TV and bought this as a second box . I have had around 6 previous boxes ranging from low end budget MXQ (awful) to slightly better M8s (ok) and the excellent Minix (although old software). The budget boxes were frustrating with various issues and software bugs, regular crashes and totally unreliable wifi. The Minix was excellent, however, a lot more expensive.
I decided to take a chance on this mid-tier box and I have been totally blown away by the superb interface (custom launcher), the smooth transition between apps which highlights how powerful it is and the excellent build quality which includes the superb dual band wifi.
There are some lovely extras like droidbox share which lets you control the unit from phone and cast screen from Android phone and cast Youtube etc from all phones. There is a custom version of SPMC which runs beautifully.
But the real coup de grace is the dual boot operating system which includes LibreELEC. So if you want this box just to run Kodi then you are in for a treat.
Overall amazing value for money and for streaming on a par with the Nvidia Shield - highly impressed. And to top it off the company provides regular OTA updates which are a doddle to install along with email, phone and forum support.
I end with a plea to people NOT to buy the cheap generic boxes as these ruin the streaming experience and we need innovative companies like Droidbox to flourish. Remember you get what you pay for.

Premium quality
After having lots of cheap cases and being totally unimpressed with them I thought I'd try a branded one. Very impressed with the Spigen, superb build quality, feels nice and secure in hand with enough rubber to ensure it sticks to your hand. Whilst it isn't the most slim it does for snugly around the phone but is also easy to remove as the body does have some flex. All the buttons are covered apart from the power/fingerprint button but I love how still tactile the covered buttons felt, this is a huge difference between a premium case and a cheap copy. Nice flourish to the back too in Spigens signature design. Highly recommended.

Superb value for money
Excellent fan for the price. Silent and does the job perfectly. No need for expensive makes.
