Bought for a purpose.

Cons. Poor battery life, setting wheel adjusts when placed in case.
This camera was bought for a specific purpose. In my job I encounter situations that need an instant photographic record. This camera seemed the ideal response to that need. Its small size and ease of operation are ideal for my case. The image quality is excellent and the highest quality settings allow for great enlargements without severe loss of quality.
The only problems are the poor battery life as the camera appears power-hungry. I seem to get les than 20 images per battery change without flash and less than 15 with. This is not good in this day and age. I need to keep a ready supply of high capacity rechargeable cells with me. The other problem is the settings wheel is so placed that it changes whenever the camera is placed in its provided case. This can be frustrating at times.
All in all a good camera, but Vivitar need to address the power problem quickly or it will affect future sales of their cameras by reputation.

Really good. Great entertainment.
Very pleased. Works perfectly. Had hundreds of great tv series on it from about four years ago.
