  Seller lists items as BRAND NEW and then sells USED items. I bought a razor listed as brand new never used. Received the razor with water stains and beard stubble inside. Contacted seller and they have not responded in any way. I have requested my money back and will be utilizing eBay’s “money back guarantee” as I was sold an item that was inaccurately described. I did not want a USED item. I could have sought one out for much less than what I paid for what was supposed to be brand new.
