Wrong timing belt sent

Despite email confirmation from the company that this was the correct part for my car, it wasn't! Unfortunately by the time this was realised i.e. when engine was stripped and immobile, there was no time to wait for a replacement to be sent out and I had to purchase the correct kit from a local dealer for nearly double the price!
