Broken promises
4 of 4 found this helpful We needed boxes quickly. Ordered due to next day delivery. 48 hours later still no boxes. Neither company nor courier know where they are and only a partial refund is being offered. I certainly would not use this company. Serious stress has been caused. Waited in for two full days. Still no idea whether order will ever arrive. Now having to go out and buy more boxes from Argos at triple the cost.

Good quality part but for our particular chair the holes were not drilled in the right place. Took a bit of DIY to get it to fit.
