DYSON DC17 ANIMAL VACUUM No Attachments. USED NICE

Button Problem

Gus was so prompt and understanding when I thought I had to return my vacuum. The on/off button wasn't working properly when it came in. I emailed Gus to ask if he had ever experienced this. He hadn't, so I decided to take off the front to see what was happening. It turned out to be a very easy fix. Something must have gotten bumped in shipping, but it works great now! This model is an old one, that Dyson doesn't make anymore. I think because they are so durable. Anyway, despite its age, it still works better than any other vac I've had. I can finally clean my apartment properly! Thank you, Gus! ~Sarah
