  At first I was a bit annoyed because the seller could not dispatch straight away . Then the seller said she had lost it. Although it was inconvenient and dissapointing, at least the seller was very appolagetic, sincere and kept me in the loop and issued an immediate refund. Thankyou for being considerate in this manner and for not making me chase it up. I appreciate that at least and whatever is meant to be will be, clearly this crystal was not meant for me.
