My hair started to thin on top and recede, im 25 so a bit embarrassing as i don't want to be bald yet!
First month i felt i noticed it a lot more and even my partner said my hair was looking really thin, few stray hairs falling out when i run my hands through it. It was not nice but it had stopped by month 2.
My partner noticed first and said its not looking so thin and filling out more on the front. I think the same but its still early days.
I started to use alpecin alongside this but i started to get bad dandruff so stopped and continued with my head and shoulders.
Also hair can look a bit greasy if you don't normally gel your hair and i personally like to apply it a minimum of a hour before work so it has chance to dry.
A small price to pay for (hopefully) a full head of hair.
