Packaging poor
Good value item however the packaging was just a flimsy bag causing the cards & lettering to bend therefore it's ruined

Not practical
0 of 1 found this helpful Bought for our two Guinea pigs. Initially loved it looks great and very spacious but unfortunately after just 2 months we need to replace. It’s impossible to easily get the the back corners to clean and the piggies are using this area to well. The wetness is soaking straight through to the wood and leaking through the cracks. We have lined with water proof covering but due to the design with the drawer there are too many gaps and it’s just not proving practical. The wood is already rotting. Expensive for such short duration of use
