Needs Better Instructions
While the product is very useful once it has been fitted - it took me ages to undo it so that I could fit it to my broken zip, the one I bought from C&H Fabrics was so much easier to use - the side that opens had a very slightly ribbed edge, this one did not so it was very hard to work out which side opened and I was worried I would break it. I am virtually house-bound now so the one from eBay was easier for me. Now that it is fitted it works very well :)

I wouldn't use anything else
I have tried (and wasted lots of money) many different makes of frizz control products and this is the only one that consistently performs every time

10/10 for ecerything except the pocket openings
I am not sure if they bare supposed to be this way but the pocket opening edges appear to be the wrong way round. It is hard to explain in words - but imagine putting the jacket on back to front, then put your hands in the pockets - the edges/flap openings are that way round, the pockets themselves are in the correct position - it's just the edges themselves. As I keep my house keys in one of them it often takes 3 or 4 attempts the get my hands in. Mildly annoying.
