    The item was listed with tag. When I received item there was no tag. The item also had a musty smell. I contacted seller and they said it was not musty and the tag was attached. The only item attached to the bear is a label saying charlie bear but no tag. If you wish to purchase a bear from this seller check they have listed the item correctly so as not to be disappointed like me. My bid was based on a tag being with the bear. SO NOTE incorrect listings with this seller

    We are sorry you felt the need to leave negative feedback for us, we have explained why it was called a tag and not a label, we have different expressions used for these so we have apologised for the confusion and also offered you a full refund on return of the bear to us. This is the first negative feedback we have received from over 2000 listings and as we are a Charity we are most disappointed to have received our very first one.
