  The trainers arrived on time, carefully packaged. However rather than having 2 pairs of laces as I assumed ‘contrasting laces’ would mean only odd laces arrived. The seller’s response that I could buy new laces if I wanted felt unnecessary.

  Very disappointing transaction. Accused of deliberately misleading!!!! Photos clearly showed two laces (unmatched) included in sale and purchaser requested matching laces!! Suggested she purchase a matching pair!!!! Not usual calibre of Bayer - hope never to deal with again!! AVOID
