  Item is in good condition and as pictured, experience of this seller is positive except for only one element-the necklace is not made of bone as described but made of horn-deer horn I think. Maybe the seller didn’t know the difference, both are of similar value so it’s not a big deal other than I personally prefer and was looking for bone. Otherwise this seller is good

  Hi. Sorry but the brooch was stopped by Royal Mail as incorrect postage fee. I was asked to pay £2.50 to release the brooch (which is lovely and as described, thanks). Please may I be refunded the £2.50? For some reason direct messages to you are blocked, so had no choice but to say it here. I had paid £2.15 postage on ebay, it was posted 2nd class large which was insufficient. Many thanks.

  I dont understand if was paid 2.15 for postage why have to pay 250 as well ?so postage is 4.65£ for little envelope ?maybe you can send picture of that envelope will be easier to understand. Sammy
