Healthy and good
Read Dr. Lustig’s book, Fat Chance. He is an expert on obesity. This book of recipes shows you how to decrease sugar intake and increase fiber intake.

General Info - Not Technical Specifics
It's difficult for me to rate this book because it didn't cover the type of information I was looking for. I wanted a more technical explanation of what happens to cognitive functioning as a result of various chemotherapies, but this book routinely referred to a soup of cognitive difficulties as just "fog" or memory issues. For example, I'm going through cognitive therapy right now and at the first session my therapist explained how chemo "re-wires" your brain by causing it to use different neural pathways after chemo to do the same tasks. I really wanted information on that phenomenon. The book's case studies also did not match my experiences.
