Solid wood, big crib.
It is fairly easy to assemble. The wood is solid and it does have the scope to be converted into a bed in the future. It is bigger that I expected but more room is always a good thing!

Sturdy and portable
The stand is very solid. It feels premium and is a premium product from Dolica. I have used couple of times in the inverted setup for macro photography and it works like a champ. This is not top of the line but for a casual photographer like me - this does the job. You cannot carry it on your normal backpack but if you have a little over sized one for your gear, you should be able to take this one with you anywhere you want. Overall, I am impressed and this is a value for money product.
