  No issue getting refunded on first one that was faulty, this one works fine, just wish so many sellers hadn't have gone over to sending out their products in thin bags rather than boxes that do give a bit more protection from the rigors of delivery company's handling.

  Prompt dispatch, but inadequately packaged for the fragility of he items purchased. All jugs were cracked all the way down the seam, possibly by the packaging handlers. I requested a return and did receive prompt refund. But in my opinion I would not buy from this seller again unless they address a more appropriate packaging system. I feel that these items should have been wrapped in bubble wrap and sent out in a box.
