  The seller provided no evidence of shipping the item. On winning the auction the seller asked for a week before they could pay for postage which I agreed to. After this no tracking number was provided. They again promised they would send the item but no tracking number was provided. By now it was 2 weeks after the end of the auction, well past the estimated delivery date. I reported the item as undelivered and there was no further communication from the seller. eBay stepped in and refunded.
