  Record was very crackly and totally unacceptable as it was for a 75th birthday gift. Contacted seller who was very abrupt and told me to open a return with eBay and send it back. When he received it he would not communicate and told eBay that the package was empty so that he wouldn’t have to refund us. Luckily eBay reviewed the evidence and found that he was trying to scam us. If you have a problem with an item from this individual please be wary and make sure you take photographic evidence.
