  Completely unresponsive seller! Item listed as based in the UK - the tracking number shows that the item is in Hong Kong. Marked the item as shipped on 6th of May - according to the tracking number it was picked up by UPS only on the 15th! Seller reported, raising my refund with Klarna.

  Item should arrive in 2 weeks, it didn't, seller didn't provide tracking number just tell me to wait one more week, which I did and still there was no update no tracking number, after I wrote in support he just provide the tracking number. So instead of 2 weeks waiting I did 4 weeks. As well as the communication, after third week when I asked for return money he just ignored my messages. The most stressful purchase of a phone in my life. My advice is to avoid this seller

  The worst seller I came across..does not reply.its been 26 days I am still struggling to get my refund..i had purchased the item for my son's graduation and the item was not sent nor the seller has any courtesy to understand the situation..I was ashamed to answer to my son. Still struggling need my money..as I did double shifts to get this for my son. And still awaiting for my refund.

  This item didn't come and I had no tracking number of this item despite requesting one several times. Communication responses with this seller took ages ages and at times they didn't respond to me. The delivery times as quoted on the product page was inaccurate. I am London, UK based. I eventually requested a refund which I got. I don't advise anybody buying from this seller unless you are extremely patient.
