Works
The front light lights up a good area on full brightness, and the power-saving mode (actually a very fast strobe, as can be seen by waving an object past the light) is still enough to comfortably see the ground ahead on a dark track. The beam is round and fairly wide, meaning about half the light is effectively wasted most of the time. The battery indicator beneath the back light is a nice touch. Both lights sit in place nicely and the whole thing is light and comfortable.
Build quality appears to be about what can be expected from the price, ie it doesn't look massively robust, but it stays in place and the light doesn't flicker when I'm running about. Battery life is good: it came reporting about 3/4 full and I've used it for about 2 hours without needing to charge it.

Better too small than too large
I don't know what the "4mm" in the ad refers to, the one I received measures 3x12mm and needed padding with gaffa tape to fit the hole left by its 4mm predecessor.
On the plus side it does its job (1500 cycles so far today) and I can't fault it for under a fiver.
