A Worthy Sequel

Ignore the previous chapters in this series - "Salvation," and "Genisys " (with its miscasting of Sarah Connor, Kyle Reece, and John Connor. Why is it so hard to find actors who at least actually resemble the originals? "Rise Of The Machines" is also guilty of the wrong choice for John Connor, but the film itself is actually very good) - Terminator : Dark Fate gets right back into it using some very clever c.g.i. for a scene that I didn't see coming, and provides a jolt that sets the scene for the return of Sarah Connor. I've heard some say that this is a very "right on, feminist, girl-power" movie . Well trust me, it's not. At no point is there the slightest hint of that. This movie is an all action, well paced and welcome addition to the franchise, with great performances throughout from all. And a great way to finish the story.
