  Seller accepts my best offer, my payment was made within 2 hours, then seller sends 15 badgering messages, before giving a refund next day claiming phone wasn't purple but black. I don't spend 24/7 on ebay especially when at work, which I told them in first reply. Stated on advert that phone was an unwanted gift, but told me the next day he could now send me a purple one as it had just came in that morning. Reported to ebay
