He had the turntable set-up ready to demo on a rotel amp and b&w speakers upon arrival and provided some bubble wrap packaging for the car ride home. He insisted if there were any issues to get in touch and also offered a full refund if I so desired. He had serviced and cleaned the item to an exceptional standard. Good value replacement
Good, well fitting replacement. Cantilever is more delicate in comparison to original.

Great vintage amp
Despite its low power rating, produces plenty of volume with very little distortion. Lovely smooth sound and detail. Quirky inputs and outputs but well worth a few pounds to get the specialist connectors. Just needs a rudimentary service of pots and switches to get them sounding as they should. A great piece of British hi-fi history that still looks and sounds brilliant. A gem!
