  Unfortunately, even with Apple support, these could not be disconnected from an iCloud account count. The seller could not have been more courteous and helpful, kind and maintained civil and polite communication. Not impressed with Apple products anymore. Thank you so much to the seller for kindly permitting a return and refund.

  I find eBay an excellent method of achieving some bargain buys.However not everyone follows the procedures with all companies doing on line buying .I mention this as a retired 75 yr old found I didn’t at first realise some apply postage however with eBay sometimes it’s buyer collects ,that could be anywhere in the country.I wondered if a note showing postcode distance from seller to buyer as with Autotrader site?
