The buyer is dissapointed this doesn't work on windows 11 and that the licence number cannot be used on a newer version of adobe elements. The listing specifically states this version is not compatible with windows 11 and as for the fact he wanted to use the licence number for a newer version of the software, that is between him and adobe. I never suggested it could be used in this way. Normally a newer version requires an additional fee.

Not sure genuine yal

Seems to be working fine but not sure it is genuine yale. It does not have a key or push button like the one that the yale lock has and looks suspiciously like the cheepo versions available for half the price but in yale packaging.

could be good but....

Thought it looked good and took a few pictures until the battery went flat. Then discovered why the previous person returned it as faulty to Argos! Unfortunately, refurbished in this case seemed to meant put back in the box and sent out again. Fortunately Argos may not do much to check out returned goods, but they were prompt with the refund. As far as I can tell the camera seemed good otherwise, especially for the price (assuming working!)
