Great
This is the only thing I’ve found after years of searching that works for itching discomfort due to hormones playing up before the time of the month. Instant relief It lasts a long while I find would definitely recommend

It’s ok
The tree is good in terms off fullness but it’s very Matt flat colour and looks slightly off white with a ashy tone not pure white as others are

Airy fairy book
I’m a follower of mindfulness but I find this book a little airy fairy I:e if you have a negative thought replace it with a positive, no s@@t Sherlock if it was as easy as that we wouldn’t need a book about mindfulness, could be a bit more interactive/informative
