  This seller is a master packer and responds quickly to buyer concerns. When I contacted them about a "missing" piece, they provided a tip for locating it and listed actions they could take on their end to aid with the location. Spoiler alert: they had packed everything so well that in my excited state, I overlooked one of the two fragile items, which was separate and well protected. They have a lot of good stuff on their page, and I will not hesitate to buy from them again.

  My package arrived on time. My package came in as described. The package was packaged very good, lost of bubble rap and paper. The value is good. My porcelain cat doll is just one of my few holidays cat dolls, I put up just for the season or holiday. I love her. Thank you very much. I can tell she was well cared for.
