good looking radio

i bought this radio for use and company in our garage/workshop, so i wasn't planning to spend too much on it - so you get what you pay for. In the house i have a Bose, so i obviously noticed the difference in sound quality - but i'm getting used to it. i find the controls a bit fiddly, but again have got the knack now. DAB reception varies but it does where we live anyway. Overall it does what we need it to do for a keen price.

i'm not sure about this product. On the one hand it looks good, is straightforward to use, and brews quickly. My issue is the quantity of drink it produces and the temperature. As i've had it for around two weeks only, i am sticking with it on the basis that it might be me and the way i'm using it. For example, when i use the espresso i heat up hot milk in the microwave first and then add the espresso brewed in the machine. It makes a nice drink, but should i have to add liquid in this way? i'd love to know what others think. The cafe au lait and the hot chocolate come out luke warm and have to be microwaved. Finally, to my final "complaint", that being the pictorial operating instructions - surely it would be possible to have written instructions too?
