Exactly what was expected, looks good and works well.
Bought for my mother at Christmas. She is 88 and doesn't like "those new fangled things" (cordless phones!). She loves this one cos it has numbers she can see and now she can go out and not worry that she might miss a chinwag!.

Great little case, lightweight and great features
great size for carrying on aircraft, very light and has personal dial to lock so no separate key needed

Lightweight and so comfortable
These are great. I thought they might be a bit heavy looking but they are so comfortable and look great.
