  I am still sorry for your poor experience. To explain again, as I did when we communicated, I posted the parcel using 2nd class Royal Mail parcel delivery as paid for by the buyer. This type of postage does not come with tracking, so I put the postage confirmation number into the field. I replied to the buyer whenever I was able, though I was on holiday with limited internet. The buyer demanded a refund and left this feedback less than two weeks after I'd sent the item, and was refunded in full.
