Lets me sharpen, rather than re-grind every time!
1 of 1 found this helpful Alternating between sharpening a spindle gouge and a bowl gouge, I never seemed to get everything aligned the same as before, and ended up re-grinding the tools, rather than sharpening. This allows me to consistently sharpen the bowl gouge, and leave the other jig set up for the spindle gouge.
