Why so much talk about EFT?
I really liked the author's first book, You're Not Crazy It's Your Mother. So I bought this one thinking I would enjoy it too. There is no comparison. This book is simply a series of letters, almost every one of which suggest that you do some EFT exercise, as if that's some Magic Bullet to fix yourself after having been raised by a narcissistic mother. I do realize that some people may gain relief and healing from EFT. However, for those of us who aren't interested in it, this book just feels like an endless sales pitch. There are even some joking type references to it as if the author is trying not to mention it but just can't help herself. Which in my opinion, are a total waste of space. I am giving the book to stars because it does have some good information. But I'm only halfway through and I'm already tired of reading over and over again about EFT, when I've already explored it and found that it was not for me. Maybe her next book will be good again.

Mom loves her new Tevas!
My mom loves her new Tevas! She says they're very comfortable. Dad says they look great. Which makes mom like them even more.
