Awesome

I love this cpu cooler, it takes up a huge amount of space height wise in my case though happily there's still space enough for side panel fans by the looks of it..looking forward to giving the fitment of such a go soon. Also it's not too wide on the board so it doesn't interfere at all with my ram cards which is always a plus whichever way you look at it. Everything always looks awesome in black & red & this is no exception, looking absolutely great paired with all the other such coloured hardware of my case & the case itself. Looking forward in time to come, swapping out all the noisier components I have till they're all as quiet as this.

ASUS ROG STRIX X99 GAMING Intel LGA2011-3 ATX Motherboard USB 3.0 and SATA 3

Part of 5th self built setup.

It's a good board so far, been using it mostly for gaming so far which it's doing a fairly good job at. My only niggle thus far is that no matter which settings I choose/alter in BIOS I can't seem to get my ram cards to run at a higher frequency than the default of 2133mhz....quite frustrating whilst having the most up to date BIOS installed & trying every possible setting within BIOS set to 2400mhz, when I reach Win 10 desktop & punch up the 'Task Manager' the ram shows as running at 2133mhz, an issue I never experienced with my old Sabertooth Z77. The lights etc are a nice touch, with it adding quite nicely to all the goings on through the side panel. The other hardware I've paired with this board for now is: I7-6800k 3.3ghz cpu, Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB/16GB 3000mhz (red), Coolermaster V8. ver 2 cpu cooler, & until I upgrade.. a Gigabyte GTX 680 Super overclock gpu.. All neatly on show within the Aerocool X-predator Avengers Ironman edition case.

Small but good

Good quality item.. cool straight out the package.. Only disappointment is that looking at the product photo having what appears to be an 'adult' large breed dog you'd assume the mat to be huge & like me not think to check its actual size with a tape measure etc, but my dog is an adult cross border collie & the mat isn't much bigger than he is. My fault so aside from that, I'm happy I bought it.
