A walker's map
Just what you need for a walk in the countryside. A good scale map, with footpaths and landmarks clearly marked.
Not sure how often these maps are updated but mine was from a publication of 2015.

A great alternative to soap
I have eczema on my hands and it's not responding to treatment. A pharmacist advised me to stop using soap based products and recommended QV Gentle Wash and I've used it ever since. It's not cheap but it's good quality, I even use it in the shower and would recommend anyone with skin conditions to give it a go.
