Hormone balance
I have taken starflower for years for PMT and it has definitely leveled off my mood. I can always tell if I've forgotten to take them for a couple of days.
Have bought various makes in the past but at the moment these are a good price

Hard to find!
2 of 2 found this helpful It's hard to find a toasties maker in the UK that doesn't cut'n'seal so was really pleased to find this. I'd had to pay as much in postage from Germany for the last one I got (was broken by my husband) so was relieved that wasn't the case again. The only problem with it is that because it's large alot of UK bread is a little small and won't toast as well. To solve this I buy extra thick bread or make a triple slice sandwich which works really well.
