Best tube screamer alternative
Super small, well thought out design with the flip lid, has a nice transparent sound that doesn’t push the mids as much as the og tubescreamers do.

Fantastic. Better than most that are far more expensive.
1 of 1 found this helpful The ability to upload impulse responses is key. It takes a pretty good modeler to a sonic arena that is hard to match. Most modeling tools that one can upload and save IR to are much more costly.
Tweaking the mg 300 without the aide of a computer is not as easy. And I’d hardly call it a professional piece of equipment due to its lack of buttons to access patches (it only has up and down) but since I use it at home as a headphone amp it is perfect with TONS of great tone that can be expanded infinitely.

Sold out fast for a reason
Great price, quality build. Anyone who says it is made from MDF has never opened the cabinet. It is plywood for sure. It is a good enough size for most any music and while the speaker isn't top notch it does work just fine. I replaced it already but getting a quality cabinet for 100 is a perfect price point to buy another better speaker and still come in under 200 for a beautiful sounding cab.
