  This came in packed well but I think it was damaged in shipping. Seller showed photos of it working. I could not get it to work several different new batteries. Seller had good contact trying to resolve the issue. Sent it back and seller said they got an empty case with no sight. Shipping weight showed it was shipped back when ebay investigated the issue. I gave the seller a chance that they might be telling the truth and it was removed in shipping. Seller called me a scammer! Totally unnessary

  This buyer is a - SCAMMER and THIEF - plain and simple. I could tell from the start when he complained that the EOTECH doesn't work and I still tried to help the best I could. Wasted my time and then he sent back the empty case telling me that someone must have opened it in transit and removed the EOTECH. Wow what a filthy liar!
