  Jumper not dispatched/rec'd. Replied to message saying child was ill (so totally get delay!) & sent apologies saying that it would be sent that day. Still never sent & no reply to further messages. EBay refunded. Hope its not due to anything serious with their poorly child, but no explanation for not sending when assured they would. 100% understand if it was due to that,and again if couldn't let me know for the same reason, but unfortunately there is only so long you can open a case for refund.
