Can't say I recommend or not, wrong part was sent and they won't pay to ship back
I ordered the part. It came, it was wrong. It's not for a 2009 Civic. It looks to be for later years Civic. Their policy makes me pay for their error. Not happy and do not recommend using them at this time

It's just a liquid for the gauge.
I'm not sure, but it's liquid for the motion pro, nothing special. Pour it in, as prescribed, it works.

The one thing I wonder is why is there a "make offer".. got turned down for $2 off request.
