We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has thrived over the last 30 years.     Sadly the parcel went missing (not the sellers fault - parcel company seem to have lost it). We waited it out a few days whilst the seller chased it up with no luck so seller send me a new batch of boxes which arrived very quickly, seller was friendly and helpful and I will definitely be buying again, thanks so much for your help! Quality of the boxes are great too for a good price.

Due probably to Christmas, there was a delay in delivery, sender couldnt have done more, responded very quickley to my message saying they gadnt arrived, offerred replacement or refund as though they were lost. As it happened they did turn up. But cant fault their response. Would buy from again
