First ever smart watch review
I like the size of the watch so I can see it quickly without looking too closely. I have never had a smart watch before so probably not best placed to compare it to anything. I bought it for using cycling and also heart rate monitoring(HRM). I have used a chest based HRM beofre and they are really good for looking at the impact of relaxation mehtods, when you do a breathing exercise you can almost immdeiately see your HR fall . So I have my doubts about the accuracy of the watch, there sometimes seem a delay before either it falls due to a relaxation exercise or rises if I climb stairs etc.
However its much more convenient than a chest based monitor. So overall I really like it and by just comparing it with itself its good but I probably would quite like to try a chest based monitor at the same time to see. Good battery life and overall seesm nice quality. I have downloaded the app onto my phone and thats handy too.
