Interesting so far
I have only recently started reading it so I can't say if it's compelling, interesting yes. He has had a very colourful and interesting past.. Richard comes across as a very humorous man , this made me want to buy the book and find out more about him..

Good for a first air fryer cookbook.
I saw this cookbook when there was a programme on the t.v. using the recipes. I borrowed it from the library. There's a couple of recipes with no temperature given. I did then buy it and found that this version had the temperatures in. I do feel that really it's recipes with just the air fryer temperature.. Good for anyone with no air fryer recipe books.
