  The delivery time was excellent but it was disappointing that two pages of the magazine were loose because two other pages were completely missing. This didn't meet eBay's definition of "Good". The listing header's "Free Shipping" was also wrong. When I notified the seller, the response was "Ok I wasn't aware" and a 75% refund with no other communication. I guess the seller unilaterally decided that $3.25 was a fair price for an item whose condition did not match the listing. An odd experience.
