A fantastic little model of a Tokyo icon
The JR Yamanote Railway Line in Tokyo is arguably the most famous of all of the railway and subway lines in Tokyo. Every major part of Tokyo is connected by the Yamanote JR line.
This fantastic 1:150 scale N-gauge model by Tomix is a fantastic representation of the E235 Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) trains that run on the Yamanote line. This "SD" starter set includes three of the eleven carriages that form up a full E235 set. The three carriages included in this SD set are the two end carriages, and the middle carriage. The other eight carriages that are part of a full E235 set are available as add-on packages from Tomix.
This set includes enough track to form an oval. The included train controller allows for future integration with the Tomix TCS control system, which includes remote controlled electric switch tracks, signals, etc. A nice feature was the inclusion of a world voltage power pack (100V - 250V input at either 50Hz or 60Hz) for the train controller which allows you to use a simple plug adapter rather than having to use a bulky, expensive voltage adapter.
Out of the box, there are some small detail parts (antennas and lightning arrestors) that need to be attached to the carriages. These require a small amount of patience to attach, but once attached, they make the model a much more satisfying item to look at.
Note that the actual model train carriages and track are made in Japan, but the power supply and controller is made in China.
Overall, I would highly recommend this model to those who are interested in Japanese railways, and also to those folks looking for a souvenir of Tokyo.
Five out of five stars from this reviewer!

Value for Money!
A great value telephone, with a nice clean version of Android installed; free of the usual bloatware/useless apps that you see on other Android phones (e.g. Samsung phones...).
The actual chassis of the phone apparently is apparently milled out of a single piece of aluminium (Nokia has a video of a Nokia 6 chassis being milled on their website), and you certainly can feel that "heft" when you pick up the phone; it feels *solid*.
