I find if you cycle as recommended then it does get results.
I find if you cycle as recommended then it does get results. I use for 3 months and then stay off for a good month before restarting the cycle. I notice my body likes it that way and the results are good. I do use with other products i.e creatine and bcaa's.

Okay for the price
Very nice and comfy. Only problem we had was attaching the feet as the holes did not like up with the fittings.
