Very slow TV box
5 of 5 found this helpful This Android box is the slowest I have ever used. It’s okay at times, especially when just watching, but it lags and stutters a lot. I guess you pay for what you get.
The item title is very misleading and should be changed accordingly. The box does not have quad cores (4 cores), I have benchmarked it and it only has one core that is running at a very slow clock speed (for today’s standards) averaging around 600-800MHz and will certainly not run 4K video as the output resolution is only 1080p, perhaps even half that.
The Android version is 7 indeed, but what is the point if it doesn’t run smoothly at all.
Overall, it was a very mediocre experience and I’ve seen better.
